Ordering and Payment.
You may order our Products and Services through our Site or by contacting us directly. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we may refuse to accept any order for any reason.

We will ship all Products to the shipping address provided by you at the time of ordering. We will use reasonable efforts to ship all Products within the estimated delivery time provided to you at the time of ordering, but we cannot guarantee delivery by any specific date.

Returns and Exchanges.
If you are not satisfied with any Product you receive from us, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the Product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Custom Merchandise.
We may offer free samples of custom merchandise after your 5th production request. You are responsible for paying all shipping fees associated with the free samples.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content on our Site without our prior written consent.
