Return and Exchange policies
Introduction.
At Standard Punching, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it in accordance with this policy.
Returns and Exchanges.
We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy for all our products. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@standardpunching.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.
Please note that you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning or exchanging the product. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exclusions.
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
Custom-made or personalized items, including custom embroidery patches, custom leather patches, woven labels, woven patches, and chenille patches;
Digital goods, such as digitizing and vector art; and
Items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
Warranty.
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. If you believe that your product is defective, please contact our customer service team at info@standardpunching.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your warranty claim.
Changes to this policy.
We may update this Return and Exchange Policy from time to time. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our Site or Products and Services after any changes to this policy will signify your acceptance of the changes.
